SLA Europe Webinar – Experimenting with Mind -Mapping: Concepts and Tools with Hal Kirkwood

Mind-mapping is a technique for individual or group knowledge reflection and brain-storming, enabling the visualisation of concepts and ideas.

It can also be used during instruction to demonstrate the scope of a topic or to work in small groups brainstorming possible solutions to problems. A further use is resource or database selection.

The presentation briefly covered what mind-mapping is, how it can be used, and examined a selection of tools used to create mind maps.

Attached below is the Padlet containing some additional information. The presentation itself can be found here and SLA Europe’s recording of the webinar can also be viewed below and also on our YouTube channel.
