Marketing to grow your service and improve engagement

Marketing to grow your service and improve engagement

Join Davin Pukulis (Salesforce) and Rhianna Gamble (IFIS Publishing), who will share professional marketing strategies and tips to promote your service.

Davin will focus on keeping your customer at the centre of how you market services. Salesforce has built the world’s leading platform for managing customer relationships, so it’s only natural that their approach to marketing puts their own customers squarely at the centre. This talk will show how Salesforce uses the power of customer storytelling to attract, retain, and grow the market for their Professional Services, and leave you with techniques you can use to do the same inside and outside of your own organisation.

Rhianna Gamble will look at how IFIS, the not-for-profit database publisher and educational charity, has transformed its approach to marketing over the past few years, to centre around engagement and research skills. Rhianna will talk about what inspired this shift, the hugely positive impact of recruiting a full-time research librarian to the marketing team, activities, and the response from libraries and faculties.
