As part of encouraging wider connections and sharing more about the special libraries we work in, SLA Europe is looking to organise coffee meetings. These virtual meetings will be a relaxed and informal way to connect with others across Europe, share experiences, and discuss any topics you prefer. You do not need to be a SLA Europe member to take part in these virtual coffee meetings.
If you would like to be involved, please contact us at with your name, pronouns (if you prefer), job title, and workplace. You will be paired with a new coffee buddy every six weeks and then you can arrange a convenient date to virtually meet. If you have any accessibility issues or requirements, please let us know but we hope these meetings will be an enjoyable and useful way to meet new colleagues, build connections and share ideas.
Our first virtual coffee morning is due to take place in January 2024.
